What do I need to complete my purchase?

If you are a new customer, in the NEW CUSTOMER / BILLING DETAILS section please put your email address, Country(for billing) and password. You also need to put your preferred payment method. Existing customers should use the ‘RETURNING CUSTOMER’ link at the top of the page.

How can I change My Listen date and time?

There is a link, ‘Edit Options’ under the ‘Listen To The Sight’ in the PRODUCT section. Click that link and go to the page, change the date and time and press the ‘BUY TO LISTEN’ button. Your date and time will be changed and directed to the ‘Checkout’ page again.

Is creating an account necessary to make a purchase?

Yes, since you need an account to listen your purchase. However, we made it very simple for you. When you purchase the Listen To The Sight your account is automatically created. You can login to your account with the email address and the password you put while you make the purchase.

 
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Maestro and others.

How can I listen the Listen To The Sight I purchase?

After your purchase, you will login automatically and your order will be shown on the page. On the top menu you wll see My Listens link. Please click on this link to see your Listen To The Sight. Click on the link, you will be directed to the page and you can see the playable Listen To The Sights. Please note it may take a few seconds to see the Listen To The Sight link on the page. Please refresh the page a few second later. Also, after the purchase yu will be able to listen the main audio for the city/region you visit i.e. London, Cappadocia etc. The local listens will be available when you visit the attraction.

Enabling Location Access in Chrome
  1. Open the Chrome Browser: Tap on the Chrome app icon on your Android device to open the browser.
  2. Go to the ORDOR Website: Navigate to Ordor.com (https://ordor.com).
  3. Wait for a Prompt: When the ORDOR requests your location, Chrome should display a prompt at the bottom of the screen, asking for location access permission.
  4. Allow Permission: In the prompt, select “Allow” to give the website permission to access your location.
    • If You Accidentally Choose ‘Block’: If you mistakenly choose ‘Block’, or the prompt doesn’t appear, proceed to the next steps to manually allow location access.
  5. Open Site Settings: Tap on the lock icon next to the website’s URL at the top. This opens a menu where you can change site settings.
  6. Find Location Settings: In the menu, scroll until you find “Permissions” and “Location” and tap on it.
  7. Change Location Access: You’ll see options like ‘Ask first’, ‘Allow’, and ‘Block’. Choose “Allow” to enable location access for this website.
  8. Reload ORDOR: After changing the setting, go back and reload Ordor.com to apply the changes.
  9. Check for Confirmation: The site should now be able to access your location. You may receive a confirmation message or notice the site functioning with location-based features.

  1.  Open Settings: Locate the ‘Settings’ app on your device and tap to open it.
  2. Scroll to Safari: In the Settings menu, scroll down until you find ‘Safari’ and select it.
  3. Select Location: Under the Safari settings, tap on ‘Location’.
  4. Choose Access Option: You will see options like ‘Never’, ‘Ask Next Time’, ‘While Using the App’, or ‘Always’. Select ‘While Using the App’ or ‘Ask Next Time’ to allow location access when using Safari.
  5. Allow Permissions in Safari: When you open a website in Safari that requests your location, a prompt will appear. Choose ‘Allow’ to give the site location access.
